Seamus Durack

Seamus Durack joins Principle Racing

We are delighted to be able to welcome our new trainer, Seamus Durack, to the Principle Racing team.

Seamus brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge and is completely aligned in his principles, methods and plans for the future.

Seamus said, “Ritchie and Hazel have great ambitions and an enthusiastic, methodical approach. I like the fact that they are focussed on providing owners with as rewarding and enjoyable an experience as possible”.

“It’s a great opportunity and it will be nice to be involved as part of a team effort which hopefully will benefit all involved, including the horses, owners and staff”.

“I’m looking forward to starting next week with a team of around 30 horses and adding to the numbers over the next few months. There are several horses in line to be sent to us and the plan is to be active at sales through the early part of 2022 and going forward.”

Seamus’ current horses, plus the ones already at Newlands Stables, will give a great variety of talent and options for ownership possibilities both on the flat and over the jumps.

It’s a very exciting time for the whole team and anyone requiring further information on training and ownership is very welcome to get in touch with any of the team to discuss options and future plans.
