The first foal to be born on Moor End Stud in 2016, Steel Breeze’s filly arrived on the 2nd of February. She is confident and well-muscled with explosive speed and power when galloping around the paddocks. She looks like she’ll be a sprinter and hopefully an early 2-year-old for us to look forward to in 2018.
Her dam, Steel Breeze, is unraced but is a full sister to one of our superstar race horses, Glen Moss. By Group 2 winning sprinter Moss Vale, Glen Moss has, for many years, run consistently to marks over 100. He’s won five races and over £163,235 in prize money, has listed placed and came 3rd in the 2016 Wokingham at Royal Ascot.
