About L’Artiste
L’Artiste is a beautifully bred 6-year-old broodmare by Mastercraftsman and out of the Dansili mare, Sepia. She looked to have a very bright future on the racetrack and won her maiden as a 2-year-old over 7.5f at Beverley – it was only her 3rd start. Unfortunately, she suffered an injury during this win and unable to repeat the same form, she was retired to the paddocks to start her broodmare career.
L’Artiste was purchased privately with one of our stallion Albaasil’s, first crop filly foals at foot. She was purchased after the 2016 covering season so she will again be covered by Albaasil early in 2017.
