Duchess of Ripon is a beautifully bred 5-year-old filly by Lord Shanakill and out of the Black Type mare, Rakiza. She is three parts sister to the Black Type mare, Exactement, by Speightstown, and is the half-sister to Godolphin’s exciting 2-year-old winner Parfait, who is currently in training with John Gosden.
Duchess is a strong well-muscled mare, she was covered in 2016 by our own stallion Albaasil, and we look forward to a nice foal from her in early 2017.
